If you are not happy with your editing project, just return it within 14 days, and we will review, re-edit and remove any errors at no additional cost. We aim for perfection, but we are human. That’s what makes our editing services different from our competitors – we are not a software program spitting out grammar rules and spelling errors. We read your “artistic voice” and assist you in making it as professional and precise as possible. We guarantee that your work will be returned with significant improvements while adhering to the highest standards. We also invoice our services via PayPal because it provides a third-party resolution system if we turn out to be unreliable (it's never happened, but we're happy that the capability's there).
There are no hidden fees. EVER. For our customers, every price quote is FIRM. We calculate the price of every business project on an individual basis. We guarantee to be transparent with our pricing.
Clients acknowledge and agree to our returns policy which states that we perform all services to the best of our abilities, begin immediately upon ordering, and render the final product on their behalf in good faith.
You must submit a cancellation of services in writing, via email, within 24-hours. Phone calls, voice/chat messages, and/or standard post/letters are not a formal cancellation. Upon receipt, we will cancel the project and immediately discontinue services. Upon successful discontinuation/cancellation of our services, Red Ink Résumé Solutions, LLC will then communicate with the client within 24-hours and notify them of their current status. Service charges will be calculated and retained according to the degree of services provided, if any, by Red Ink Résumé Solutions, LLC before receipt and successful cancellation of client’s service request. We will deliver the results from services already performed by the editor along with the remainder of the payment for the services not fulfilled due to cancellation.
We provide no returns, service credits, nor refunds for services ordered and completed by our editors. We deliver all partially fulfilled services upon acknowledgment of cancellation. We also electronically transfer the completed services via email to the client’s originally submitted email address.
We are not responsible for any client inaccessibility, including but not limited to lost passwords, email submission errors, failed transmissions, and other technical difficulties.
This policy applies to all orders placed online or by phone and fully paid via credit card, eCheck, or PayPal. Please note that we do NOT accept money orders, paper checks or any job orders delivered via standard post. (We NEVER accept or acknowledge any paper correspondence sent.)
You must electronically submit all transmissions and orders. Successfully transmitted orders will be recognized with a formal receipt by email within 24 hours of receipt.
All Clients are reminded that breach of copyright and plagiarism are illegal. We assume no liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of our client’s documents. Clients accept sole responsibility for complete and accurate documentation, references and citations within their final documents.
Our clients retain sole copyright, ownership, and control over all materials submitted to us for proofreading and editing, including any documents subsequently created or developed by Red Ink Résumé Solutions, LLC. All writing submitted to and edited by Red Ink Résumé Solutions, LLC remains the intellectual property of the original author. In addition, Red Ink Résumé Solutions, LLC will NEVER reproduce nor share any portion of work created by our clients without their express, written consent. Clients are asked to reference us as their editor/editing service but are NOT required to do so.
